This role suits a technically strong pastry professional with a clear grounding in classic and contemporary Italian pastry, capable of maintaining consistency, precision, and quality in a high-volume, premium environment. The venue is known for refined execution, disciplined kitchen standards, and an uncompromising approach to product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily pastry kitchen operations and service execution
  • Prepare and execute Italian pastries, desserts, baked goods, and dolci to exacting brand standards
  • Ensure consistent mise en place, production planning, and stock control
  • Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and commis staff
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
  • Assist with recipe standardisation, quality control, and cost management
  • Uphold presentation standards aligned with a luxury Italian dining experience
