Overview

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Responsibilities

• Consulting experience on working with customers to understand their current business challenges and devise optimal solutions to support their business objectives.
• Strong experience of integrating the above products with third party applications like Payroll payment etc.
• Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team having diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of extensive experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS HCM implementations.
• Strong expertise, functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle HCM full lifecycle KSA Government implementation projects involving HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle I Recruitment, Oracle Learning Management.
• Strong experience of integrating the above products with third party applications like Payroll payment etc.
• Solid experience in Oracle AME and Workflow.
• Experienced in standard implementation methodology e.g. AIM, OUM etc.
• Candidate with work experience in Defence sector implementations is preferred.
• Arabic speaker is preferred at minimum with good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate should have working experience and good understanding in Saudi Government ministries regulations related Civil Service guidelines.
• Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team having diverse responsibilities.
