• 0–4 years of experience in Operations, Application Support, IT Support or related functions.
• Basic understanding of APIs, microservices and production monitoring concepts.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, change and problem management.
• Ability to analyze logs, monitor alerts and support first-level troubleshooting.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards or operational documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Open Finance platforms, APIs and microservices.
• Perform first-level incident triage and coordinate with teams.
• Execute operational runbooks for environment validation and checks.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle within ITSM tools.
• Prepare operational reports and compliance documentation.
