We seek a passionate, driven FCCM Technical Consultant to join our Riyadh team—empowering Saudi banks through high-impact Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English skills.
extensive experience in FCCM (AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF) product implementation in a technical capacity.
Hands‑on expertise deploying, configuring, and supporting FCCM products or similar (Actimize, Fortent, Norkom).
Proficient in Oracle DB, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting, and web server deployment (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat).
Excellent understanding of real‑time compliance functions (Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, Watchlist Management).
Strong client engagement and workshop leadership skills in a financial services environment.
Experience supporting large bank transformation projects; exposure to agile and traditional SDLC models.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
Multi‑country FCCM rollout or Tier 1/2 banking environment experience.
Data integration or ETL tool expertise: Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN.
Experience with job scheduling tools (ControlM, AutoSys) and SaaS/cloud‑based FCCM implementations.
Familiarity with machine learning, data analytics, or emerging compliance/regtech technologies.
Exposure to Vision 2030 projects or regulatory transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery and deployment of OFSAA BD Pack (FCCM Products: AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, TF) with Saudi Tier 1/2 banks.
Closely collaborate with client IT, compliance, and business teams on installation, configuration, data mapping, and rollout.
Conduct product technical workshops, prepare technical/architecture documentation, and support testing (SIT/UAT) through to production.
Integrate latest FCCM compliance solutions and ensure system security, user authorization, and authentication best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise for major banking transformation projects.
