About The Role

Would you like to be the driving force behind system readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our airport network? Embedded within the Ground Operations function, this important role plays a key function in delivering and coordinating system-related training programs.

You will also support system readiness, compliance, and the overall efficiency of airport operations through training delivery, testing, and performance monitoring.

Your days will be busy developing and delivering engaging training on critical operational systems including Departure Control Systems (DCS), Flyr, Baggage Handling Systems, and Load Control platforms, ensuring our ground handling teams operate at peak performance.

Importantly, you will also lead the planning, documentation, and execution of system testing and validation activities, guaranteeing our technology infrastructure supports flawless airport operations aligned with IATA, IOSA, and ISAGO standards.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in airport ground operations, with at least 3 years in a system or technical role.

You will naturally possess experience conducting or supporting system training and validation during go‑live or system migrations.

Experience in DCS (Departure Control Systems) and related platforms is mandatory.
