About the job Office Administration - Saudi Nationals

Office Administration

Main activities:

  • Providing training on administrative tasks and processes to the group's subsidiaries;
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial statements of the group's subsidiaries;
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual group reporting in accordance with the accounting principles applied by the Group Collecting financial data from the Group's subsidiaries, auditing and consolidating the collected data;
  • Monitoring administrative activities and deadlines necessary for the preparation of Group reporting;
  • Assisting in the preparation of business reports (such as group net financial position, group working capital) and business correspondence as directed;
  • Communicating and collaborating with Accounting teams members and managers of Group Subsidiaries, external auditors, external consultants and local authorities;
  • Managing financial reports, records and general ledger accounts;
  • Taking care of the statutory audit and tax files, in cooperation with local consultants;
  • Managing day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, travel expenses audit and Treasury of the divested Subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • Preferable experience working or studying abroad;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Arabic;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to travel abroad;
  • Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within changing priorities;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
