A healthcare provider in Jeddah is looking for a Nurse Educator to design and implement nursing education programs. The role involves instructing Life Support Training programs and mentoring nursing staff. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Nursing and have at least 3 years of clinical experience. Additional credentials in Clinical Education or Life Support are advantageous. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
To design, implement, and evaluate nursing education and clinical competency development programs across NahdiCare Clinics in alignment with the organizational strategy, People Development initiatives, and the standards of national and international regulatory bodies. The Nurse Educator ensures that all nursing staff consistently demonstrate high levels of clinical competence, patient safety, and compassionate care, acting as a key liaison between the People Development team and Nursing Leaders across clinics, driving both clinical excellence and workforce capability development. In addition, this role is responsible for Instructing mandatory Life Support Training Programs (BLS, ACLS, and related courses) in full compliance with the standards of the saudi heart association.
Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive nursing education programs across NahdiCare Clinics in alignment with organizational priorities and People Development strategies.
Conduct ongoing learning-needs assessments to identify gaps in nursing knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors.
Develop and update competency frameworks and assessment tools in accordance with CBAHI standards.
Facilitate classroom, online, and simulation-based learning sessions focused on clinical skills, patient safety, and compassionate care.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff to ensure safe and effective clinical integration.
Serve as an instructor for Life Support mandatory courses (Mainly BLS, ACLS) across NahdiCare Clinics.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training in compliance Saudi heart association standards.
Maintain instructor credentials and ensure all course materials, equipment, and documentation meet accreditation requirements.
Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and certify successful candidates.
Act as a clinical mentor and role model to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, empathy, and teamwork.
Coach nurses on emotional intelligence and communication with patients and families to enhance patient experience.
Support the implementation of individualized learning and development plans in coordination with Nursing supervisors and Nahdicare clinics Quality Team.
Ensure that all educational programs meet the regulatory requirements of CBAHI, and other relevant accreditation bodies.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and evaluation reports for audit and compliance purposes.
Participate in internal mock surveys providing evidence of compliance for educational and competency activities.
Collaborating with the Quality and Medical leads teams to align educational interventions with findings, safety priorities, and improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with Nursing supervisors, medical leads and quality teams to ensure that educational initiatives address operational needs and clinical outcomes.
Prepare periodic progress reports summarizing program outcomes, staff participation, and improvement plans for management review.
The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Working Hours : 8 hours Shifts to ensure continuous attendance to reception. (with 1 hour Rota break)
