YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the development of our activities in the Naval and Offshore sectors, we are looking for a Naval Manufacturing & Quality Engineer (M / F) in Saudi Arabia to strengthen our technical teams working on the construction and assembly of steel structures.

Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise and monitor the manufacturing, welding, and assembly of steel structures
  • Conduct quality control through Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001, and relevant classification society rules
  • Apply knowledge of welding techniques, welding procedures, non-destructive testing (NDT), and surface preparation
  • Utilize nesting software and CAD / CAM tools (e.g., FORAN) for production planning and material optimization
  • Contribute to the implementation of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures at an intermediate level
  • Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
  • Manage and report using SAP and standard office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE & PERSONALITY
  • Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the manufacturing and assembly of steel structures in the naval or industrial sector
  • Solid understanding of welding standards, fabrication processes, and quality assurance in industrial environments
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 3834, 45001) and classification society guidelines
  • Proficient with tools such as FORAN, SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • English level B2 minimum required (advanced level preferred)
  • Must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
