Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organisations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals for a range of mid–senior level opportunities across acute, outpatient, rehabilitation, and specialist care settings. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several clinical functions, including senior nursing practice, allied health delivery, specialist patient management, and clinical / team leadership.
These roles are designed for professionals ready to take on broader clinical accountability and progress toward senior clinician, clinical lead, and service leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with scope of practice, clinical guidelines, and facility protocols
- Manage complex patient assessment, care planning, intervention delivery, and outcomes evaluation within your clinical discipline
- Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, theatre, diagnostic service, community programme, or therapy team (role dependent)
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, handovers, and reporting in line with organisational standards and confidentiality requirements
- Support patient safety, infection prevention and control, medication safety (where applicable), and clinical risk management
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including audit support, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and accreditation expectations relevant to the facility and profession (e.g., CBAHI standards where applicable)
- Supervise, mentor, and support development of junior clinicians and students; contribute to competency and skills development
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes
Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy; Speech & Language Therapy; Radiography / Imaging; Laboratory disciplines; other regulated clinical pathways)
- Current registration and / or eligibility for professional classification and registration through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) (role dependent)
- Typically 5–10+ years post-qualification clinical experience, including complex case exposure and demonstrated clinical judgement
- Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance in regulated healthcare environments
- Confidence working with clinical documentation standards and common electronic clinical record workflows (systems vary by employer)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Professional English proficiency required (spoken and written); Arabic is advantageous for many patient-facing settings (role dependent)
