We are Hiring a highly skilled MEP Engineer with strong experience in fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee site installations, conduct technical inspections, ensure compliance with design specifications, and collaborate closely with contractors and internal project teams to deliver high-quality fit-out executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities within fit-out projects.
• Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure work quality meets project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review MEP drawings, material submissions, method statements, and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project progress.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose corrective actions.
• Ensure all MEP installations integrate smoothly with architectural and interior design requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection notes, and documentation as required.
• Support the project team in achieving timely execution and handover milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MEP works, preferably within fit‑out / interior projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems used in commercial, residential, or retail fit‑outs.
• Hands‑on experience in site inspections, snag rectifications, and installation supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on assignment in Saudi Arabia (candidates based in the UAE are welcome and encouraged to apply).
