As Marketing team in Dexcom, you're stepping into a dynamic and purpose‑driven environment where your creativity, excellence in execution, and passion will make a real impact. We go beyond traditional promotion; it's empowering healthcare communities with knowledge and communicating the value of life‑changing diabetes management technologies. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Sales to create meaningful product experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and care. You'll contribute to brand development and awareness, impactful initiatives and campaigns, market research, performance management, stakeholder engagement, all while staying attuned to industry trends and compliance standards.

Your role is essential in shaping how our innovations are perceived and adopted in the market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Master Regional Product Management and executions excellence
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns MEA wide
  • Gather Market insights that would support in meaningful decision making
  • Optimizing KPIs and outcomes through performance marketing
  • Create attractive market activations
  • Engage key stakeholders with activities and insights taken
What makes you successful
  • Product Management: Execute product plans, ensuring timely launches and effective lifecycle management. And act as the reference hub for product knowledge and product innovations
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns for MEA markets targeting both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients with localized flavor.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Gather insights on regional trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Campaign Performance & Reporting: Track and evaluate campaign performance, preparing detailed reports for management with proposal of how to optimize.
  • Events & Educational Initiatives: Support the organization of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events. Assist in managing Dexcom Academy for educational plan implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and strategic societies.

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8‑12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
