A leading electrical products company is looking for a Sales Manager for the MEA region, where you will represent the company, manage OEM accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in OEM/EPC sales, a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. This role involves extensive travel across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring compliance with regional standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OEM/EPC sales and business development in electrical grid/transformer industry.
• Strong knowledge of Transformer division, Electrical Components, CT/PT products, and compliance standards for MEA region.
• Ability to travel extensively across Middle East & Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for retention and expansion of current accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Manage pipelines for both existing and new business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing OEM & EPC clients.
