JOB OVERVIEW
Duties And Responsibilities
FINANCIAL RETURNS
  • Monitor daily incomes related to the job (service, products etc.)
  • Keep record of all Massage related transaction.
  • Minimize stock wastage by knowing the exact amounts for each regime.
  • Maintain stock control/levels.
  • Work in line with business needs
PEOPLE
  • Attend scheduled training.
  • Participate actively in employee activities.
  • Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards.
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Liable with and is under the general supervision of the Recreation Supervisor.
  • Cooperate, coordinates and communicates with club personnel, hotel guests and other departments where appropriate.
Guest Experience
  • Ensure Guest satisfaction
  • Develop and propose client treatment plan.
  • Instruct clients about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation and rehabilitative exercises.
  • Record prognosis, treatment, response and progress records.
  • Being attentive to Guests.
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests’ requests
  • Anticipate guests’ needs.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest Experience
  • Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude at all times.
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
  • Provides a massage service to hotel guests and members alike, within the IHG service standards for guest courtesy and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for inventories and stock tracking related to all items used during massage therapy.
  • Maintains massage room and equipment to proper standards.
  • Complies with Hotel’s Health, Safety & Hygiene policy.
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Conducts a number of daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of areas under management, reporting defects and cleanliness issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure cleanliness includes management of Spa Area.
  • Maintain Health and Safety aspects of Spa.
  • Keep up to date with new treatments.
  • Clean up at end of each shift and after servicing each client.
  • Recognize opportunities to sell, add on sell and up sell.
  • Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor.
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports.
  • Participate in activities concerning protection of environment.
