Job description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing Events, Site Branding and Collaterals in collaboration with our Integrated Services Department. You will be based in our Jeddah office but ready to commute to Mecca on daily bases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the Integrated Services team to support them in achieving commercial
  • objectives
  • Develop and execute site branding in multiple projects across Mecca
  • Develop and execute marketing collaterals for multiple projects across Mecca
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum value
  • Lead sales events like Open Houses and Family Galas
  • Work with the performance marketing teams for effective campaign execution
  • Design and implement Social Media Campaigns to drive sales
  • Research new marketing platforms and creative mediums to meet commercial goals
  • Execute OOH campaigns in Mecca
  • Track & report of performance to the top management
  • Work on special projects given by the management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the real estate, e-commerce, or a technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and events that drive sales and product adoption.
  • Hands-on experience in managing campaigns, print production and competitive audits.
  • Budget management experience to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations.
Knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, brand management, and creative processes.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, including platform-specific strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with digital performance marketing metrics and campaign execution techniques.
  • Understanding of emerging marketing platforms, trends, and technologies.
  • Expertise in creative strategy development and in-house creative team management.
  • Insights into commercial objectives and the role of marketing in achieving them.
