Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communication Executive to support marketing activities, brand launches, business delegations, and corporate projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role combines creative content development, event coordination, and project support, ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.
  • Create visually appealing materials (banners, brochures, event graphics, brand decks) using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Draft impactful captions, posts, and EDMs aligned with WFE’s brand tone.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and monitor engagement.
  • Support in capturing photo / video content during events and delegations.
  • Assist in organizing brand launches, business delegations, and marketing events in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
  • Liaise with partners, vendors, and venues on logistics, setup, and branding.
  • Prepare guest lists, registration forms, itineraries, and thank‑you follow‑ups.
  • Ensure brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate client projects such as corporate setup documentation, business development follow‑ups, and partnership proposals.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain organized records of project milestones, contracts, and partner communications.
  • Conduct research on FMCG, F&B, beauty, and retail sectors across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Compile and present findings through visual presentations and summary reports.
  • Track social media and event performance for post‑project evaluation.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or project management (agency or international exposure preferred).
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
