Job Overview
  • We are looking for a Senior Marketing, Events & Influencer Manager to lead Flow’s on-the-ground marketing strategy and execution in market. This role sits above day-to-day execution and plays a critical role in shaping local strategy, securing the right partnerships, and ensuring that events, influencer activity, and marketing initiatives are cohesive, high-impact, and aligned with Flow’s global vision. This person will work closely with global and local teams, oversee the implementation of Flow’s event and influencer strategies, and act as a senior decision-maker on the ground. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong professional judgment, the ability to move quickly and independently, and the maturity to represent Flow with partners, creators, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Local Marketing Leadership & Coordination
  • Coordinate and drive Flow’s on-the-ground marketing efforts in close partnership with global and local teams
  • Act as the local strategic lead, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with Flow’s brand, business objectives, and global roadmap.
  • Own and manage the local marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, partnerships, and events.
  • Oversee the development and localization of marketing materials, presentations, and assets.
  • Events Strategy & Execution
  • Oversee the implementation of Flow’s event strategy locally, from concept through execution.
  • Ensure events are aligned with brand positioning, business goals, and community-building objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and partners.
  • Support and guide junior team members and external partners involved in event execution.
  • Influencer & Partnership Strategy
  • Own and drive the local influencer strategy, identifying the right creators to build credibility, reach, and cultural relevance.
  • Lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop influencer briefs and oversee content direction to ensure alignment with Flow’s voice and values.
  • Secure and manage strategic local partnerships that support marketing, events, and brand growth.
  • Track and evaluate influencer and partnership performance, sharing insights and recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, partnerships, influencer marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and make sound decisions on the ground.
  • Experience leading or overseeing event strategies and executions.
  • Strong background in influencer and partnership management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to represent the brand professionally with senior partners and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
