Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience including at least 4 years in management position.
• If holding a Master's Degree, a minimum of 6 years related experience including at least 3 years in management position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operational activities of the company.
• Review manufacturing schedules and determine staffing and raw materials requirements.
• Direct testing during manufacturing to ensure quality standards.
• Develop and implement training and recognition plans for manpower performance.
