Job Description

Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team based in Riyadh.

The senior manager will help with the delivery of client‑centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client‑facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad‑hoc, usually survey‑based research services projects through
  • Receiving and understanding client brief
  • Developing research design, proposal and preparing budget/cost
  • Contributing to contract negotiation
  • Briefing and training field staff
  • Designing questionnaire, interview / discussion guide
  • Analyzing data and information
  • Developing conclusion and solid recommendation
  • Presenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stage
  • Analyzing and evaluating results
  • Controlling costs / budgeting
  • Act as main link resource to client; develop and maintain a close relationship and communication with client decision makers.
  • Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.
  • Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members (i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration, etc.).
  • At least 8 years of experience in research‑related field, preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasis.
Qualifications
  • Experience in custom / adhoc survey‑based research especially in the area of consumer insight or brand‑tracking solutions preferred. Experience in digital analytics a further plus.
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time.
  • Strong client‑handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management and interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
