Must-Have:

• 9+ years of experience in IT operations or integration, with at least 3 years in middleware or platform engineering within the banking sector.
• Proficiency in middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, WebLogic, and Kafka.
• Strong background in change management, process improvement, policies, systems, and compliance.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or Practitioner certification & fluency in Arabic and English.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in TOGAF or cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
