Overview
Maintenance Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical
Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to service, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and address potential issues to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment lifespan and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with production machines and related systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new related strategies.
- Comply with Ceer’s and industry safety regulations, guidelines and protocols and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Monitor production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output.
- Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on production equipment, including stamping and press machines.
- Test machines to form materials into the required shape for use in production.
- Ensure the availability of spares and repair or replace defective components.
- Adjust system settings, controls, and parameters as needed to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Technical High School, or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or any related field
- Experience: 3+ Years Minimum experience in a similar field.
