Responsibilities

• Promote effective referrals to showroom managers to enhance NPS.
• Achieve monthly unit sale targets through structured customer journeys.
• Prepare vehicles according to BYD standards.
• Handover vehicles to customers in a tailored manner.
• Welcome all showroom visitors.
• Manage lead inquiries from various sources.
• Capture customer data for follow-up.
• Complete mandatory training as per Al-Futtaim requirements.
• Monitor and counter competition activities.
