Logistics Supervisor

Location: Dammam

  • Oversee the daily operations of the equipment logistics team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage equipment inventory, ensuring proper storage, organization, and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Coordinate equipment movement for deployment, maintenance, and repair.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs and secure replacement parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance history, and repair costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols related to equipment handling and operation.
  • Train and mentor team members on equipment logistics procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare reports on equipment usage, and logistics performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics best practices and inventory management techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software ODOO preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license (may be required).
