To optimize and maintain gasification and power production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance while supporting continuous improvement.
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Process optimization and efficiency: To analyze and optimize gasification and power production processes to maximize efficiency and output.
- Safety and regulatory compliance: To ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Data analytics and insight-driven decisions: To monitor and interpret process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Operational resilience and troubleshooting: To troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain operational stability.
- Process innovation and enhancement: To design, evaluate, and implement improvements or modifications to existing processes.
- Collaborative integration and alignment: To collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process operations with organizational goals.
- Project management and commissioning: To support project planning and execution, including commissioning of new systems and equipment.
- Continuous improvement and technological advancement: To drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating advanced technologies and methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field - Essential
- Advanced certifications in process optimization or Six Sigma are advantageous - Preferred
