Job summary

Almentor is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive in Saudi Arabia to build and maintain long-term relationships with KSA clients and drive revenue growth in the E‑learning sector.

You will manage end‑to‑end deals from prospecting to closing, pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with product marketing and success teams to design effective GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or sales in E‑Learning or training.
• Saudi market knowledge and local business acumen.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build long‑term relationships with existing KSA clients to retain and grow them.
• Acquire new clients in the Saudi market from prospecting to closing and meet targets.
• Increase revenue through upsell and cross‑sell motions aligned to client objectives.
• Demonstrate and unlock product ROI; coordinate with Success and product teams.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts; resolve inquiries within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as needed.
