Job summary

Andador is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Growth Lead in Saudi Arabia to own and accelerate revenue, profitability, and market share across online channels. You will independently manage marketplace performance, unlock opportunities, and execute growth plans end-to-end.

The role requires strong commercial ownership across KSA marketplaces, with experience in pricing, promotions, and account management. Collaboration with UAE teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant e-commerce / marketplace experience.
• Experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces in KSA is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into commercial actions.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced growth business.
• Experience in procurement, inventory planning or distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own KSA e-commerce revenue, forecasts and targets.
• Manage and grow marketplace accounts (Amazon KSA, Noon, Trendyol) and new channels.
• Drive pricing, promotions, campaigns, and ROI optimization.
• Coordinate assortment, stock forecasting, replenishment and listings.
• Develop new commercial opportunities across KSA digital retail.
• Maintain weekly sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with UAE teams on commercial, brand, procurement and operations.
