Job summary
A leading organization in maintenance services located in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 4-6 years of relevant experience. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers a challenging environment where quality maintenance and operational efficiency are critical.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in operation and maintenance of banking, office, or commercial facilities.
- Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned mechanical or electrical systems.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and support timely resolution to minimize service disruption.
- Ensure compliance with bank security procedures and safety standards.
Skills
Education
- Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned mechanical or electrical systems within bank branches and offices
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective maintenance requests within agreed SLA timelines
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and support timely resolution to minimize service disruption
- Ensure compliance with bank security procedures, safety standards, and operational policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on site
- Support audits, inspections, and client requirements as needed
HVAC systems, pumps, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire and domestic water systems
LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS, emergency power, and power distribution systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in operation and maintenance of banking, office, or commercial facilities
- Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Willingness to support emergency or after-hours maintenance when required
