Job summary

A leading global water technology company is seeking a skilled sales professional for the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving sales within assigned business scope, building relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in commercial building services. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial Building Services.
  • Solid knowledge of plans and processes within the functional area.
  • Ability to lead a business process or projects.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales within assigned business scope to meet targets.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Work out sales strategy and budget, carry out assigned tasks.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage cash flow.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by management.

What is the job about?

Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company to deliver sales target.

Main responsibilities:
  • Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company
  • Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approval by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned.
  • Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
  • Maintain good relationship with dealers, building project’s owner, engineering contractor, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities
  • Other tasks assigned by managers
Your Background:
  • Experience driving developed processes within Commercial Building Services.
  • Most likely to have 5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
  • Ability to lead a business process within Commercial Building Services
  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services
  • Ability to Lead processes or projects
