A leading FMCG company in Jeddah is looking for a professional to coordinate trade marketing budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in FMCG, specifically in trade spend controls. The ideal candidate will possess an ACCA or MBA in finance from a prestigious university and be skilled in coordinating financial processes across teams. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience including solid experience in FMCG.
  • Experience in trade spend controls and engaging with Modern trade finance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Trade marketing and Sales team on approvals.
  • Track monthly approvals of claims.
  • Coordinate with GBS team for TDA reflection.
  • Ensure compliance of VAT law in credit notes.
  • Prepare a weekly TDA tracker for CEO.

Job Summary

Job Location : Jeddah

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. To work in close coordination with Trade marketing and Sales team on getting approvals of each spent by category and tactics
  2. To track and ensure that monthly TMI expense doesn’t exceed AOP target
  3. To track monthly approvals of claims with TM team and category team and have full control on the process and ensure claims are closed as per SOP timelines
  4. To work closely with GBS team to ensue that all TDA are reflected in Siebel
  5. To ensure due supporting are available to process the claim in system
  6. Passing of CN relating to TDA in oracle
  7. Close coordination with GBS and IS team for any resolution of stuck TDAs
  8. Revalidating the spends in BDA with MT customers and ensure these are processed correctly in the system
  9. Coordination with regional finance team in order releasing
  10. Review of the E invoicing portal for VAT purpose to ensure that all invoices are cleared in ZATCA portal
  11. Close coordination with IS team to resolve any E invoicing issues
  12. Ensuring compliance of VAT law in credit notes issued from Oracle for TDA
  13. Prepare a weekly TDA tracker and present it to CEO
  14. Monthly SOA reconciliation of TOP 8 MT customer and work closely with various stakeholder to close any open items
  15. Oversee development of appropriate systems and policies to enable capability development of employees
KPIs
  1. Timely approvals of TMIs spents
  2. TMI spents within AOP targets
  3. Closure of TMI related customer credit notes in system
  4. E invoicing implementation
  5. Monthly MT SOA reconciliation
  6. TMI Budget management & Maintenance in Siebel
Work experience requirement

5+ years of related experience including solid experience in FMCG, in specific trade spend controls & engaging with Modern trade finance for account reconciliation.
