General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyzing data: Collecting and evaluating relevant data to support project decisions and design considerations.
• Contribute to Team Collaboration Junior Engineers are part of a team environment and should actively collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. They should be effective communicators and contribute positively to teamwork.
• Prepare technical documents: Drafting reports, specifications, and other technical documentation to communicate project details and findings.
• Adhere to Safety Regulations Junior Engineers must prioritize safety in all aspects of their work, adhering to company safety policies and procedures to protect themselves and others.
• Contribute research and testing Performing research and conducting experiments to validate design concepts and ensure project feasibility.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university .
• Experience required will be either between 3 years and up to 7 years
• Principles of engineering design and analysis
• Engineering mathematics, including calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra
• Engineering science, including physics, chemistry, and materials science
• Engineering software tools, such as CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing).
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
