RF Design Engineer (2G/4G/5G)

Are you an expert in RF design and passionate about building next-generation wireless networks? Join our team as an RF Design Engineer and take the lead in designing, optimizing, and dimensioning advanced 2G, 4G, and 5G networks to deliver exceptional coverage, capacity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize RF networks (2G/4G/5G) to meet coverage, capacity, and quality KPIs.
Perform network dimensioning and link budget analysis for various scenarios.
Apply advanced propagation models (Hata, COST-231, etc.) across diverse environments.
Utilize RF planning tools (Atoll, Planet, Mentum) for coverage prediction and analysis.
Specify and dimension RF hardware (antennas, TRXs, RRUs, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RAN, field operations, optimization).
Interface directly with clients to ensure network performance objectives are met.
Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in RF design & optimization (2G/4G/5G).
Strong expertise in link budget calculations and hardware dimensioning.
Proficiency in RF planning tools (Atoll, Planet, Mentum, or similar).
In-depth knowledge of GSM, LTE, and 5G NR technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
