Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Makkah Region is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for end-user equipment. Key responsibilities include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and printers. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of field IT support experience and possess strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking. This role requires excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in field IT support or desktop support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications.
  • Experience supporting printers and peripherals.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Deploy and test printers (local and network).
  • Perform OS setup, user profiles, and basic software installation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site.
  • Provide user assistance and first-level technical support.
  • Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs.
  • Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documents.
