Duration: 22 December 2025 – 26 January 2026

Work Arrangement: Onsite, full-time during rollout and operations

Role Summary

The IT Support Technician (Field) will provide hands‑on, on‑site technical support for end‑user IT equipment during rollout and live operational phases. This role is execution‑focused and requires strong troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced, venue‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
  • Deploy, configure, and test local and network printers
  • Perform OS setup, user profile configuration, and basic software installations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on‑site
  • Provide first‑level user support and on‑the‑spot technical assistance
  • Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs or swapsMaintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign‑off documentation
Required Experience & Technical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, field support, or desktop support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and standard office applications
  • Hands‑on experience supporting printers and peripherals
  • Basic understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, and IP addressing
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
  • Must be available onsite, full‑time for the entire project duration
