Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement regional IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, servers, and software applications.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, data integrity, and cybersecurity across all locations.
• Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies.
• Manage IT service delivery and ensure effective support for all departments.
• Identify technology needs, assess system requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, license renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Provide technical leadership for digital transformation, automation, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international IT security standards, data protection regulations, and audit requirements.
• Conduct IT risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analysis.
• Coordinate and support global IT teams on corporate systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects.
• Lead incident response, troubleshoot system failures, and oversee root cause analysis of IT issues.
