The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all information technology functions within the organization. This includes IT infrastructure, systems administration, security systems, enterprise software platforms, websites, and overall technical support. Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial IT role is preferred
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
- Experience managing networks, security systems, and enterprise applications
Roles And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Oversee security systems, including access control, RB Systems, CCTV, and related monitoring platforms
- Administer and support enterprise systems such as Odoo ERP, including system updates, user access, and issue resolution
- Coordinate software installation, updates, licensing, and system integrations
- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of internal systems and data
- Oversee company websites, domains, hosting, backups, and technical maintenance
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues and escalations
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and external technical partners
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and access controls
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventive measuresMaintain documentation for systems, configurations, and IT processes
