We have an urgent requirement for IT Infrastructure Sales and Operations Manager for our client based in Al khobar, Saudi.

IT Infrastructure Sales and Operations Manager – Experience in IT infrastructure sales and operations in the Eastern Region of Saudi is MUST

Lead and manage branch activities of client in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure sales and operational management, with a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Eastern Region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients based on their IT infrastructure needs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficient delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report regularly on branch performance, challenges, and business forecasts.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure sales and operations in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the Eastern Region.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing operations in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure products and services (e.g., networking, servers, storage, cloud, cybersecurity).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
