A leading global credit ratings agency is seeking an Associate Director or Director for its Riyadh office. This role focuses on enhancing investor engagement and managing relationships within the GCC investment community. Ideal candidates will possess over 6 years of experience in fixed income capital markets and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The strategic objective of Fitch’s investor engagement programme is to drive demand for Fitch Ratings and, in conjunction with the separate sales team, demand for Fitch research and related products.
This is a global team, with members in New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and Sydney. Working in IDT offers the candidate exposure to senior stakeholders and an ability to make an immediate impact to the visibility and brand-building of the company.
Reporting to the EMEA head of investor development and working closely with the regional business and relationship management (BRM) team, you will be responsible for 1) developing and executing Fitch’s market engagement strategy in the GCC, in consistence with Fitch’s overall strategy and 2) managing Fitch’s relationships with a portfolio of leading GCC investors and sell-side research teams.
