Inventory Manager vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process in our company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate tracking of inventory levels
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and production to forecast inventory needs
- Analyze data to identify trends in sales and product demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all incoming goods
- Manage the movement of inventory between warehouses and store locations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms for replenishing stock
- Train and supervise a team of inventory clerks to ensure accuracy in record keeping and following proper procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Experience working with Indian suppliers is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
