We seek individuals who are both tech-savvy and people-oriented, capable of working at customer locations to install and set up Foodics software and hardware, train customers on our products, and resolve on-demand issues. What Will You Do

  • Provide world-class service to new and existing clients
  • Handle customer needs at their locations for all Foodics services, including RMS, Pay, and Online
  • Visit client sites to ensure service quality
  • Manage onboarding, installations, training, replacements, and support requests at client locations
  • Collaborate with other departments on escalated tickets to deliver support
  • Address on-demand requests within the company's SLA
  • Work closely with outlet teams and operations for support requests

What Are We Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in IT, software, or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of software, networking, and POS systems
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of requests and calls
  • Flexible to work outside regular hours, including holidays and site visits
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English and Arabic communication
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Networking, POS, ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with escalation tickets and CRM is a plus
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle required for site visits and installations
