JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an Innovation and Digital Delivery Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to enhancing project delivery through innovative digital solutions and cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry while effectively meeting the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance project delivery and overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine digital strategies that align with organizational goals
- Lead projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on project delivery
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the organization
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years' of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years' experience in digital delivery management and BIM implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects
- Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination
- Proficient in a range of industry standards BIM authoring and proprietary software applications such as: Revit, Civil 3D, AECOSIM, Navisworks, Rhino 3D, VICO, Cost X, Synchro, BIMTrack, or other similar applications and digital tools
- Proven experience in VDC/BIM management and implementation for complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CAD software, and GIS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with digital twin technology and implementation
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
