Job Title: ICU Senior Registrar

Job Summary: As a senior registrar in the intensive care unit at one of the leading hospitals in Saudi Arabia, you will provide critical care to patients under the mentorship of senior intensivists. You will participate in the management of critically ill patients, assist with procedures and interventions, and contribute to the seamless functioning of the ICU team. Your dedication to learning and excellence in critical care medicine will support the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional critical care services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the ICU.
  • Manage complex medical cases independently.
  • Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
  • Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
  • Engage in clinical research activities.
  • Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Graduation from a medical school in good standing.
  • Completion of the required period of training in ICU.
  • Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese Board certification in ICU is typically required or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must.
  • Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
  • From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.
Language
  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
References
  • Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
