About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Project Management Officer to lead and deliver critical infrastructure projects within the oil & gas sector. This is a unique opportunity to manage complex ICT systems from construction through commissioning, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of ICT infrastructure projects.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Risk & Compliance: Monitor risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to ICT standards, security protocols, and local regulations.
  • Scope & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Tender Management: Prepare and manage tenders for system integration, including drafting specifications and selecting service providers.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance of solutions with standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Reporting & Governance: Conduct project follow-up meetings and provide regular updates to management and steering committees.
  • Data Migration: Oversee migration of data from PMT to platform, ensuring traceability, accessibility, and compliance.
  • System Integration: Manage integration of telecommunications and network systems, including:

    • Siren systems
    • Telephony
    • Access control
    • Printers
    • CCTV
    • PAGA
    • Corporate & industrial Wi‑Fi
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10–15 years in ICT infrastructure project management within oil & gas or similar industries.
  • Expertise: Advanced management skills with strong technical knowledge of ICT systems and integration.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Competencies: Leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and compliance expertise.
