Job description

Waad Education is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. The technician will lead and carry out installation, retrofit, and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of Waad Education’s customer’s/client’s chiller & refrigeration HVAC units in line with the Contract Agreement and Company Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair chillers, package units, and other AC equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing or servicing company, or prior experience in a relevant industry in any Gulf Country is a definite advantage.
• Proven experience in chiller and other industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
