A leading holding company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while supporting talent management initiatives aligned with the company’s growth. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is preferred.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF requirements.

As a HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, and support talent management initiatives that align with the company’s growth and Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Manage personnel files, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving HR inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and support audits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, payroll software).
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
