We are currently seeking an experienced HRD Manager to lead our Human Resources and Development (HRD) functions at the Medina Plant. This role is central to building a strong organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with both our people’s well‑being and our business goals.

As HRD Manager, you will oversee a wide scope of responsibilities including talent acquisition and retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, organizational development, labor compliance, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This role requires a strategic HR leader with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to create a high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards administration, ensuring fairness and compliance with government regulations.
  • Drive the Performance Management System, conducting regular appraisals and supporting employee development.
  • Champion learning and development programs, including succession planning and career growth pathways.
  • Strengthen labor relations by ensuring compliance, resolving disputes, and fostering a harmonious workplace.
  • Lead corporate communication, employee engagement programs, and CSR initiatives to boost morale and strengthen community ties.
  • Provide leadership in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all HRD-related initiatives at the plant.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution and people development.
