A leading HR firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a detail-oriented HR assistant to maintain employee records, assist with data entry, and generate various HR reports. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and minimal experience, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of HR processes. Qualifications

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with system data entry, audits, and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Support HR team with system-related tasks during recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
