Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with system data entry, audits, and troubleshooting user issues.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
- Support HR team with system-related tasks during recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Education
