As a Human Capital Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various functions related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills and knowledge in human capital management while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
  • Assist in administering performance management processes and tools.
  • Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating sessions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
