A leading safety compliance company in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of HSE procedures and ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, enforcing safety policies, and participating in safety training. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and certifications in HSE along with several years of experience in the field.
To support the day-to-day implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures, ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Follow organizational policies and HSE procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe, productive workplace.
Enforce safety and security measures to protect employees and company property.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards or unsafe conditions.
Report and track corrective actions for non-compliance or safety risks.
Support investigations of incidents and near misses by collecting relevant data and preparing required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety training.
Participate in conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
Encourage employee participation and engagement in HSE programs.
Assist in verifying and managing permit-to-work systems for high-risk operations.
Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements.
Support emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and on-site response activities as part of the safety team.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall HSE and business objectives.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred): NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30, ISO 45001 Awareness.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role within industrial, construction, or project environments.
Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, inspection procedures, and emergency response. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
