• Implement, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across assigned construction and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Follow up on daily site activities to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety requirements throughout project execution.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate HSE reports and documentation.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations, and recommend preventive measures.
• Support the creation of a safe working environment and minimize operational risks on-site.

Requirements

• Post‑secondary intermediate diploma or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
• Proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects (implementation and supervision).
• Demonstrated experience working on similar projects within the past three years.
• Strong background in occupational health and safety practices, risk assessments, site inspections, and incident reporting.
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to large‑scale projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to monitor site activities independently and enforce safety compliance.
• High attention to detail with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
