The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health or related field, with at least 15 years in HSE management and relevant certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH. This position involves developing policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, while promoting a safety culture within the organization.

As a HSE Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems across our projects. You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring proper training of staff, and monitoring compliance with HSE policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Lead risk assessments and hazard analysis for all operational activities
  • Facilitate HSE training and awareness programs for all staff levels
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to promote HSE best practices and culture
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is required
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, legislation, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a Saudi National
  • Fluency in English is essential
