We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team in Khobar through the Tamheer Program. This is a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and learning & development, while supporting the HR team in delivering efficient and compliant services.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records and manage various types of leave (annual, sick, emergency, etc.).
- Apply HR procedures and templates for promotions, secondments, end-of-service, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when required.
- Update and document employee data (e.g., training, promotions, salary changes, and benefits), and coordinate with the Employee Services team.
- Support the Learning & Development team in organizing internal and external training programs, maintaining training records, and tracking participation and feedback.
- Assist in preparing HR and L&D reports and official documentation, propose improvements, and ensure proper archiving according to internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the Taheer Program (not registered in GOSI and no prior participation in Tamheer).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced HR and L&D environment.
